Okay... looks like the ColdFusion pre-processor decided it was going to screw with my little textbox attempt above so users could simply cut and paste the code into their own pages. Get rid of the tags, and hit enter after each tag and semi-colon (;).
I will work on adding this to my T4TT commentary so I can control the output, and it will actually make a little sense for people who wish to use it in their code.
