Fighter Description

A junior frontcourt player on the 2001-02 Kansas basketball team. "Big Game" has been just that in the NCAA Tournament this year for the Jayhawks. The Iowa native has helped KU return to the Final Four. If the NBA doesn't come calling in a few years, Collison will always have his TBG earnings to fall back on.

Alright guys. Nick played his tail off for four years. Took the Jayhawks (or Chickenhawks/Chokenhawks) to back-to-back Final Fours his junior and senior seasons. Should make a killing in the No Basketball Association, but can handle himself in the ring too.

Collison officially retired with a record of 34-27-3 (10/17). He won his final Heavyweight fight with an easy unanimous decision over Heavy Paul on June 30, 2012.

Collison never won a belt at Big Dawg Boxing, but he did fight for the World Super Heavyweight title on January 1, 2011, when he lost by KO to Bectel's Lil..Jim. "Big Game" was also 0-2-0 (0/0) in regional title fights. He dropped decisions to ZWIP's Shouldiduck (January 8, 2011) and Kenny KO's Garrick The Giant (May 29, 2010).

Despite never becoming a champion, "Big Game" was a memorable fighter in Terminator's gym. He was one of my first attempts at a heavyweight slapper. We sorta learned the ropes together.
