Help: How regional fights are scheduled

The regional fight scheduler tries very hard to match managers of equal skill level.

  1. First it pits managers who have never won a fight against each other.
  2. Then it pits managers who have won a fight but never won a regional title against each other.
  3. Then it pits managers who have won a regional title but never a world title against each other.
  4. Then it schedules any remaining regional match-ups
