Dr. Pepper M.D. is a medical doctor specializing in bionics and artificial limbs. He was the head researcher for the Sonny D. Light and Crystal Light projects, and has taken the remaining grant money to equip himself with bionic appendages. Using the information gained from the Light projects, he hopes to rise to to the top of the Strawweight division.
